5、严格把关，建立稿件审核制度。宣传报道人员一定要增强政治意识、大局意识、责任意识，严格遵守宣传纪律，绝不给错误言论提供传播渠道，防止不实报道的发生。对一些情况复杂、矛盾集中、容易对企业和社会稳定造成影响的问题要严格把握，不能随意公开报道，拿不准的问题要及时请示，涉及重要、敏感问题的稿件要报送项目党工委书记审阅，项目党工委书记签署意见后加盖公章才能报送。对网上报送的稿件，办公室要做好报送登记，明确报送时间和签批人，并留存原稿备查。
