三、劳动竞赛的检查、监督和考核。
1、竞赛活动办公室负责实施各公交单位开展劳动竞赛的日常监督、检查和考评工作。
2、各公交单位都要成立由质检、营运、安全、财务、机务等业务部门负责人和驾驶员代表组成的考评小组，对驾驶员的服务、营运、安全等指标进行日常检查、监督和考评，并将评比结果于次月10日前报公司竞赛办公室。（考核表见附件）经公司竞赛活动办公室审查通过后，给予相应的星级驾驶员奖励。
3、对劳动竞赛的开展，各单位要设立活动台帐，全程记录竞赛活动的宣传发动、检查监督、考核评比等情况。通过监控录像、路检路查、联合检查等方式方法，强化驾驶员的整体服务意
