招聘会工作方案
为加大促使高校毕业生就业力度，努力为大高校毕业生
择业、用人单位选才创建条件、搭建平台，××××拟举办
2012 年
明确就业特困生基本条件，组织报名，审查认定，确立要点帮扶对象，进行有针对性帮扶。
（九）“三支一扶”登记
利用招聘会契机，展开面向服务期满“三支一扶”大学生等基层项目人员的招聘会、就业介绍等专项活动。统计期
满人员就业状况，确实落实相关政策，努力供给“一条龙”
的就业服务。
招聘单位可参加此次招聘会也可依据状况参加由内蒙
先人社厅举办的现场招聘会。
三、组织高校毕业生就业指导活动
××××联合××职业学院，组织展开“就业指导进校
园”活动，做好离校前毕业生的就业指导，帮助高校毕业生
认识社会、认识公司，提高求职能力。我单位以发放宣传单
的形式宣传就业创业政策，解答就业问题，帮助和指引高校
毕业生建立正确的就业观点，自觉地把人生理想和社会需要
密切联合起来。
