1 总 那么
为适应信息社会和现代化城市的开展,标准城市通信工程规划编制,提高规划编制质量及相关通信建设技术水平,并在城市通信工程规划编制中更好地贯彻执行国家城市规划、通信开展的有关法规和技术经济政策,制定本标准。
本标准适用于城市规划中的通信工程规划,城市通信专项规划编制除依据本标准
根本要求外,应按有关的规定执行。
城市通信工程规划应遵循统筹规划、合理布局、适当超前、优化配置、资源共享
以及可持续开展的原那么。
城市通信工程规划应依据城市总体规划,并与城市综合防灾及用地、供电、给水、
排水、燃气、热力等相关工程规划相协调;
通信设施选址与建设应满足城市生命线工程、通信设施建筑场地与结构防灾等方
面的通信平安保障要求。
城市通信工程规划的编制,除应符合本标准的规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标
