五、竣工资料
我公司将在本工程设置专职资料管理员，在施工过程中按照李沧虎山建设局、档案局和甲方的有关文件规定，进行竣工资料的收集整理和归档工作。当工程具备竣工条件时，及时向业主提供完整的，符合国家及质量监督站工程竣工验收规定的竣工验收报告和竣工资料
第二章施工组织及部署
第一节施工部署总体安排
本工程地形复杂，防火要求非常严格，涉及范围广，工程施工组织的过程中，必须合理的划分好施工区域及施工流程，施工前期由项目经理组织施工人员仔细踏勘现场，主要了解山林植被现状、防火隔离带（防火通道）现状等。根据工程实际情况以及雨季月份安排好各施工段。及早确定切合现场实际情况的施工方案，组织施工，确保工程工期和质量。
第二节施工段的划分及施工总体流向
一、施工区段的划分
为确保工程施工总进度，根据工程特点，按施工专业划分，即土建组、山林防护组、挖石方组、防火通道清理施工作业组。由于施工涉及的专业多及范围大的特点，在实际施工组织中可再按长度及现场实际状况再划分若干施工区，各投入一支作业队。
二、施工总体流向
1、土建施工段在详细勘察山林现状和测量以及沿途做好各个标识桩，在确保充分考虑土石方调配及所涉及山林防火应急处置措施得到落实的安全前提下才可以施工。
