　　(二)乡政府举办各种技能培训
　　乡政府通过仔细的摸底调查,发现大部分返乡人员仍然希望外出再次走向岗位,但这次与以往不同,他们希望学到一至两项技能后才走出去,增强自身能力,例如学习厨艺、电工、焊工、缝纫、旅游等。乡政府针对这一情况,与区政府相互配合,聘请专业人员对外出务工人员进行技能培训,在此之前已经举办两期计算机培训,共145人,即将开办服装加工培训班。另外参加培训的务工人员不仅不需要交纳任何培训费用,还可以得到一定的生活补贴,由此可见政府是以积极地态度面对返乡务工人员。
　　(三)招商引资创造就业岗位
