了解他们的优点，并及时表扬，增加后进生的自信心。因势就导，促其转化。利用校运会、艺术节、社会实践活动、课外活动、主题班会等对“差生”进行自我发现、自我肯定、自我发展、自我超越的教育，形成每个学生积极进取的精神。对优秀生，我在肯定优点的同时也指出他们存在的缺点，指导他们扬长避短，取得更大的发展。
5、班级文化墙建设。
班级文化是班级师生在共同学习生活中所形成的价值观念、行为准则和生存方式的总和。班级文化墙建设是学生自主意识培养的有益实践。班级文化墙建设是构建素质教育环境的有效举措。根据班上学生的特点，我利用现有资源，把文化墙布置得五彩缤纷、富有创意和特色，不仅充满着浓郁的文化气息，同时也体现了孩子们的孩童情趣。
我所教的三年级班上张贴了名人名言，励志格言，如：“相信自己，我一定行！”“今天你微笑了吗？”“谁在游戏中懂得谦让，谁的朋友就越多。”“助人使你得到快乐！”······学生在励志语言中规范自己的言行，获得正能量。
设置图书角，“每月一荐”（即每月推荐一本图书），如:九月份---《柳林风声》；十月份----《格林童话》；十一月份---《昆虫记》；十二月份----
