(以下简称“甲方”)因其业务发展需要委托时趣互动(北京)科技有限公司上海分公司(以下简称“乙方”)负责按照其要求为其提供专业的社会化媒体服务; WHEREAS, Airbnb Information Technology (Beijing)Co.,Ltd.
