　　我被下派到xxx村后，在乡党委的安排下我认识了支部书记和村委主任。在他们的帮助下我很快熟悉了村里的班子成员、村民代表和党员，弄清了该村的经济状况和发展建设情况，了解到了农民生活的困难，通过这些工作使我很快进入了自己的工作角色。
　　二、加强自身学习，提高思想认识
