政工专业技术职务任职资格条件

10、破格评定政工师的条件：
破格评定政工师的人员在任助理政工师期间，除具备前列1、2、3、4、5、7、8、9款的条件的同时，还须具备下列6项中的3项：
（1）、对所在单位获得市（地）级或省行业系统的“先进基层党组织”、“文明单位”、“思想政治工作优秀企业”、“宣传工作先进集体”、“思想政治工作创新奖”、“职工思想政治工作研究会工作奖”等称号作出重要贡献者。
（2）、在市（地）级以上重点骨干企业、县处级或相当于县处级的事业单位中担任党务、思想政治工作或工会工作的主要领导，成绩显著。

（3）、本人获得市（地）级、省级厅局以上“优秀党务工作者”、“优秀思想政治工作者”、“优秀工会工作者”、“优秀党员教育工作者”、“优秀团干部”、“优秀政工师”、“优秀纪检监察干部”、“职工思想政治工作研究会工作奖”等荣誉称号。
（4）、在市（地）级以上经国家新闻出版署批准的报刊上发表二篇以上关于党的建设、思想政治工作或精神文明建设方面论文，或独立撰写或与人合作正式出版党的建设、思想政治工作或精神文明建设方面的著作。
（5）、参加岗位培训连续三年并考核优秀。
（6）、高中（含同等学历）学历专门从事党务工作或思想政治工作累计20年以上，表现良好，工作胜任。
四、高级政工师
高级政工师应具备下列基本条件：
1、系统地掌握马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论，并能联系实际创造性地开展工作。
2、系统地掌握党的路线、方针、政策，熟悉与本岗位有关的国家重要法律、法规，并能带头认真贯彻执行。
3、系统地掌握思想政治工作的基本原则，具有较高的思想政治工作专业素质，同时具备相关的经济、法律、历史和
