工作总结
袁庄村村党支部书记—袁伟生
我就袁伟生，2011年当选为袁庄村支部书记，2014年再次当选。现将我任职以来的工作情况向组织和领导进行汇报：
（一）加强理论学习。把政治理论学习放在重要位置来抓，不断提高自己的政治鉴别力和政策水平。一是保证学习时间。每月集中学习2次以上，每天自学半个小时以上，要充分利用好远程教育、农家书屋保证集体学习的时间。二是丰富学台，电视剧和广播，切实增强我的理想信念。三是突出学习效果。我要养成良好的学习习惯，把学习到的知识能够理论联系实际运用起来。
（二）加强村级组织建设。为了巩固扩大党教育实践活动成果，我们村积极响应省委郭庚茂书记的关于在基层建立基层民主科学决策、矛盾调解化解、基层服务群众和党风政风监督检查四项基础制度的要求。在乡党委政府的帮助下，完善各种规章制度，各种制度上墙，严格按照规章制度办事。
