资助政策宣传稿
of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the 国家有关规定批准设立、实施普通高中学历教育的全日制普通高中学校和完全中学的高中部学习，具有正式学籍，且家庭经济困难的学生，均可向学校申请普通高中国家助学金。
2、资助条件：受助学生应符合下列基本条件：热爱祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导；遵守宪法和法律，遵守学校规章制度；诚实守信，道德品质优良；勤奋学习，积极上进；家庭经济困难，生活俭朴。
符合下述条件之一者，同等条件下应予以优先资助：
⑴烈士子女、优抚家庭子女或孤残学生等无直接经济来源者；
⑵单亲家庭、父母年事已高或患病丧失劳动能力，家庭无固定经济来源者；
⑶父母双方或一方有残疾，家庭无固定经济来源，基本生活难以维持的；
⑷学生家庭或本人突遭不幸（如家庭遭遇自然灾害，学生本人突发疾病或意外事故），超越家庭经济承受能力的；
⑸享受农村或城镇居民最低生活保障家庭子女；
⑹响应国家计划生育政策，农村家庭只有一个子女或两个女孩且经济困难的；

二、资助比例及标准
1、资助比例：我州普通高中均资助面为普通高中在校生总数的20%，各县市可结合实际分学校确定，农村普通高中学校可适当提高比例。
2、资助标准：我州普通高中国家助学金资助标准分为3档：一等助学金每生每年3000元，二等助学金每生每年2000元，三等助学金每生每年1000元，分别占资助人数的10%、30%、60%。
三、资助原则
坚持公开公平公正，实行动态管理，学生在校期间，出现下列情形之一者，取消或终止资助：受到记过及以上处分的；家庭和学生个人情况发生变化，不再符合资助条件的；其他不符合普通高中家庭经济困难学生资助条件的。
四、操作程序
指标分配—学生申请—学校审核—学校公示—学校上报—复核审查—打卡发放
