强化医院内涵建设 促进医院快速健康发展.doc

of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the delimitation of t区府在2008年决定对区第一人民医院实施迁扩建工程，政府投资6000多万元，另行选址修建了新的门诊大楼和住院大楼，医院抓住这次机遇，通过以色列贷款2000万元购买了GE螺旋CT、大型C臂、西门子彩超、DR、腹腔镜、内窥镜诊疗系统等大型设备，硬件方面得到了明显增强，业务量快速增长。同时，我院将新山村社区卫生服务中心、跳磴镇卫生院剥离出去后，面临人才流失和医疗市场占有率的下降，医院领导班子开始着手思考医院今后发展中存在的人才培养、学科建设及医院管理等方面的内涵建设，制定了“医院发展十二五规划”、启动了二甲医院的创建、实施了人才培养的“321”计划，积极开展“医院管理年”活动，加强了医德医风、纪律作风整顿和医院文化建设，医院得到了比较快速的发展。
住院部床位由2008年的100张扩增至目前的260张；
住院工作量由2008年的1793人次上升至2010年的 2300 人次；
手术由2008年的480台次上升至2010年的 856 台次；
门诊工作量由2008年的150194人次增至2010年的 194400 人次；
万元以上医疗设备由2008年的81台件增至2010年的 126台件，金额由原来的863万元增至3023万元；
医务人员由2008年的199人增至今年的226人，中级以上职称由2008的51人增至今年的66人；
学科建设取得了新突破，从无到有，老年病科已成功申请市级重点学科，另有其他科目正积极申报中。
