Inventory management to the quality of the close relationship between pany and the interests of pany and the stakeholders, therefore, we must attach importance to the inventory management. This paper's grain wood pany as an example, the financial management of the inventory management aspects discusses the inventory management in pany management and the important position of the ultimate goal of inventory management, and shocks of the wood pany's inventory management present situation, problems on detailed analysis, find out reasons, combined with the practical work pany to meet in the internal management problems, this paper discusses how to strengthen the grain of the wood pany's inventory management, put forward the reasonable utilization of inventory, strengthening the inventory management measures. This mining enterprise third profit source, effectively promote the rapid development of the enterprise. The last to shocks and Thai wood pany inventory management future development including some relevant opinions.
