摘要
近年来,供应链管理已经成为新的市场环境下增强企业竞争力和改善企业绩效的重要方式。供应链建立的是一种跨企业协作,以此增强市场竞争力。而作为现代供应链管理中较传统供应链不同的是,更加注重信息的共享,从而达到企业间实现双赢的结果。
由于诸多技术、文化、意识上的诸多因素,目前信息共享还存在很多障碍。本文先对供应链管理以及信息共享的基础概念进行了解释,随后对信息共享的集中模式进行了探讨,对现阶段实现信息共享的一系列障碍进行分析,最后提出作者对于实现信息共享的几点对策、建议。
