摘要: 通过对复杂应力状态下 LZQT400 15球墨铸铁断裂破坏试验试件断口的宏观以及细观分析,
得到了不同应力状态下球墨铸铁的断裂形式:单向拉伸时为正断,单轴压缩时为无孔洞影响的剪切
断裂,纯扭时为有孔洞影响的剪切断裂,拉/扭组合时为混合型断裂。探讨了各种断裂形式内在的
断裂机理及裂纹的形成与扩展过程。

Abstract: Through the macroscop ic and m icroscop ic analysis ofLZQT400 15 ductile iron fracture damage
test specimen fracture p lex stress states, the fracture form s of ductile iron are obtained under
the different stress condition: the unidirectional stretch can p roduce the traction fracture; the uniaxial
comp ression can yield the shear fracture affected by non holes; the pure torsion can p roduce the shesr
fracture affected by holes; and bination of tension with torsion can give the m ixed type of fracture.
