一、后赵固村基本情况简介
后赵固村位于河北省邯郸市曲周县的最南边，隶属安寨镇，也是本人的家乡！可能与其地理位置有关，它长期处于天高皇帝远的状态下。村干部们异常腐败，天天想着怎么能从村民手中多挤点钱而不是怎样充分发展村文化、特产和村民思想。因此本村各方面都发展落后，具体表现为大学生寥寥无几，高中生有限的很，初中毕业的也不多。此为教育方面。农业仍是每一家重要的经济来源之一，平均每家在外打工挣钱率约为15％，但农忙时这些人多半会回家，先顾农业。这是经济方面。面对村干部的欺压，几乎所有人都选择了逆来顺受。这就归结为思想方面吧！重男轻女几乎是每家的共性，女儿总是隐忍甚至牺牲的一方。此就是知识方面吧！……
本村是方圆一带的人口大村，原本叫赵固村，后来为了便于管理，以一条贯穿东西的路将其一分为二，北边成后，南边是前。不过一种特产使前后赵固在文化方面有了界限。后赵固村有我至今所知道的异于各地的糖类产品—麦芽糖，我们称之为大糖。它以麦芽糖为原料，纯人工制造。所谓麦芽糖即取用芽长约的小麦种子。一咬便碎，入口即化。最优质的大糖是从处落下后碎成粒末状，故将其做成板状或螺旋状并在外裹一层芝麻以加强稳固性，同时口感更好！目前只能在冬季生产和保存。但这种特产并没受到村人深刻重视，各糖房为了增加产量和产期添加了将近一半普通糖的成分。但还是被周边人群广泛争抢，也成为我村人送礼的很好选择。
