　　中国天气网讯 瑞典斯德哥尔摩当地时间27日上午10时〔北京时间16时〕，政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)召开新闻发布会，公布了第五次评估报告第一工作组报告的摘要内容。
　　会议中联合帕乔里、世界气象组织秘书长米歇尔•雅罗、IPCC第一工作组联合主席秦大河和托马斯·斯托克先后发言。发言中，他们一致认为，地球变暖趋势仍未改变，而且发生了史无前例的变化。最近的三个十年要比1850年以来所有的十年都暖，21世纪的第一个十年是1850年以来最暖的十年。另外，20世纪中期以来，人类对气候的影响越创造显。

　　IPCC第一工作组联合主席秦大河在新闻发布会中讲到：“通过对气候变化的评估，我们发现大气和海洋已经变暖，冰雪的存量在下降，全球平均海平面上升，温室气体浓度增加。〞秦大河还表示，随着海洋变暖，冰川和冰原面积逐渐减少，全球平均海平面会继续上升，但是会以比过去40年更快的速度上升。
