第三条【实习管理与监督】深圳市律师协会〔以下简称“市律协”〕和本市的律师事务所应当建立健全实习人员的管理制度，依法保障实习人员的合法权益，加强对实习人员的监督和管理。
市律协实习人员考核管理委员会〔以下简称“管委会”〕负责实习人员考核管理的各项工作，管委会委员的任期直至下一届委员会成立时止。
管委会下设考核管理办公室。考核管理办公室由管委会执行主任负责组建并领导工作，考核管理办公室由三名以上〔包括本数〕管委会委员组成。
管委会可根据本市实际，制定工作指引进行程序化、制度化管理。
管委会的各项工作，接受市律协理事会、监事会的监督。
市律协开展实习人员的管理工作，应当接受司法行政机关指导和监督。
