摘要:本文以知识经济时代战略管理的动态变化为背景,分析知识与服务之间的相互关系,探
索战略、知识、服务互动整合的范式和发展脉络,系统地研究这三大要素互动整合的表现形态与机
理,最后重点剖析知识与服务互动型战略管理,提出知识型服务战略、服务型知识战略以及知识服
务一体化战略的新构想。

Abstract :Against the background of the dynamic change of strategic management in knowledge e
conomy era ,the article analyzes the relationship between knowledge and service ,explores the paradigm
and developmental train of the interaction & integration among strategy ,knowledge and service ,and
systematically studies the forms and mechanism of the interaction & integration among three key ele
ments. Finally ,analyzing especially the knowledge - service - interacting strategic management ,this ar
