1．设计原那么
1〕示范性：规划设计要求“以人为本〞，运用现代规划设计理念，在总体布局、景观环境及建筑风格方面均表达出特色风貌，打造地产的保障房品牌,形成具有示范性的宜居社区。
2〕多元性：在创造美好的物质环境的同时，还重视从精神方面满足当地居民行为、生活方式以及文化等多层次的需求，创造出一个和谐、亲切、生活气息浓郁的具有区域文化特色的宜人社区。
3〕可复制性：落实地产集团标准化要求,通过本工程对动迁住宅设计标准化、模块化的进行落地应用，形成住宅设计定型产品，到达标准和重复化利用。
4〕经济性：进行限额设计,有效控制本钱，到达合理本钱下最优设计效果。
