〔一〕认真开展“三查三清〞活动
“三查〞即 查思想：党员干部要带头检查自己的思想状况，看理想信念强不强，党员意识强不强，执政意识强不强，事业心、责任感强不强，为群众效劳的意识强不强，带着群众开展的意识强不强。查作风：党员干部带头检查自己的工作作风。党风正那么干群和，干群和那么社会稳。看自身是否存在贪图享乐、铺张浪费、形式主义等问题，是否做到真正密切联系群众。查缺乏：党员干部带头找缺点、查缺乏，自我剖析存在的问题和缺乏之处，制定切实可行的整改措施，并努力改正。认真落实市委市政府倡导的“三项行动〞，干部之间互帮互学，共同提高。
“三清〞即 理清思路：党员干部要根据分工，对所分管的任务要理清工作思路，确定工作方向，并制定工作方案。清廉做人：一个干部如果没有清廉的品德，就不可能埋头苦干、扎实做事，更不可能做到公正无私、廉洁从政。建设一支高素质的干部队伍至关重要，而在建设这支队伍的过程中，立德是前提，实干是核心，清廉是保证。清正做人：党员干部
