摘要: 新的经济竞争环境中, 如何通过管理理念和管理手段的创新提高企业绩效, 使企业在获取核心能力的基础
上实现基业常青, 是所有企业都在追求的最高目标。文章在提出和分析创新困境之后, 梳理了技术创新管理的发展脉络,
并基于对典型创新企业——海尔案例的深入调研和分析, 提出创新管理的新范式——全面创新管理(T IM ) , 阐释了进行
有效技术创新的企业各项要素的创新和协同匹配, 为我国企业的技术创新脱离困境、实现真正创新指点了发展方向和路
径。最后向我国企业提出建议: 只有全面掌握 T IM 的管理理念和方法并付诸实施, 我们才能尽快缩小同国际先进企业之
间的差距。
