五官科目标管理

5、住院患者对护理工作和效劳质量满意率≥95%。全年无护理纠纷、投诉。
6、一年内住院患者无护理并发症发生〔除不可防止的压疮及院前压疮)。
7、年度内无护理过失及事故发生。
(三)护理平安
1、严格执行查对制度，在治疗护理操作时至少使用2种以上方法识别核对患者身份，身份识别正确率100%。
2、全员使用腕带，腕带佩戴率≥80%。
3、高危患者入院时跌倒/坠床、压疮、管道滑脱的风险评估率≥95%，并能标准填写风险评估单，各种护理防范措施落实到位，警示标识标准使用。
4、认真落实住院患者的疼痛评估工作，疼痛评估符合率≥90%
5、急救物品完好率100%。
6、加强特殊药品管理，高危药品存放有明显标识，并有专门的高危药品配置区域。对包装相似、听似、看似药品、一品多规或多剂型药物做到统一“警示标识〞。
7、护理不良事件及时上报，有原因分析，并落实整改措施。
