电子工艺制作说明书
一、内容与功能：
使用高性能集成电路LM317装置输出可以连续调节的直流稳压电源，只需要通过调节一个小型可变电阻，即可是输出电压在3~15V之间改变，作品可作为实验的直流电源。
分别安装一个手持式红外发射管和一个红外接收器，按动发生器上的一个按钮，能遥控接收器上的一个小型继电器，通过该继电器的触点，可以控制一般小功率的用电设备如电灯等。
二、电路原理简述：
变压器把220V市电降为10~15V，经D1~D4作桥式整流，C1滤波后送入LM317进行稳压调节；调节可变电阻RW，即可是输出电压得以调节，输出电压有电压表只是。电路图见图1-1.
发射器： 电路如图2—1所示，T1、T2等元件组成自激多谐振荡器，振荡频率约为38KHz~40KHz，该频率与C1、R1、R2均有关系，可粗调C1细调R1到达目的；当按钮AN按下时，脉冲电路流过红外发射二极管IR，使之发出38KHz左右的红外脉冲光。
