摘要— I—摘要本论文介绍一种香烟包装机撕带供给控制系统的设计, 提供了一种电气传动方式的撕带供给控制系统的设计。该系统采用永磁式直流伺服电机为驱动源驱动撕带轴的转动,向包装机机构供给撕带。运用脉冲宽度调制( PWM )技术设计的电机驱动电路; 采用 80C51 单片机为核心, 运用闭环控制技术, 并应用了信号隔离转换器等传感元件, 控制永磁式直流伺服电机的运行, 从而控制撕带轴的转动速度,保证撕带能够按机器包装的适时需要平稳供给。关键词: 撕带 PWM 单片机直流伺服电机 ABSTRACT — II— ABSTRACT This thesis introduces the development of the tear tape feeding control system with electric transmission on the cigarette packing machine. The permanent ic servo DC motor is used as the driving source of making the axis of the tear tape rotate to feed the packing mechanism with the tear Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) technology is used to design the driving circuitry in the control 80C 51 Single-chip Microprocessor is used as the core processor, the close loop control technology, signal isolate converter are applied to control the permanent ic servo DC motor to control the rotating speed of the axis of the tear tape. So the tear is ensured to be fed steadily according to the demands of the packing machine at any time.
