排烟系统
〔一〕方案
车库设机械排烟系统,排烟风机的排烟量按换气次数6次/h计算确定。
进风系统采用自然补风方式,补风量为排烟量的50%。
〔二〕风量计算
车库:体积V=12800m3 换气次数n=6
排烟量L=12800*6=76800 m3 补风量L=38400 m3
相关计算同通风系统计算,选择两台排烟量41472 m3/h,风压273 Pa排烟风机。
主要技术措施
选用两台消防通风〔两用〕离心风机,平时排风,火灾排烟。
排烟管道上的排烟防火阀当管内烟气的温度到达2800C时,排烟防火阀自动关闭,并发出关闭电信号,同时与风机联锁。
按防烟分区划分通风排烟系统。当某一防烟分区发生火灾时,该分区正常运转,而其它防烟分区的排烟防火阀自动关闭。防排烟系统由消防控制中心集中控制。
