1、完成学校下达的教学大纲、实训（验）大纲编写任务，经验收合格的，教学大纲每科计5课时，实训（验）大纲每科计3课时。
外聘教师编写教学大纲，每科一次性补贴100元，实训（验）大纲每科补贴60元。
2、体育教师由教研室安排，经部、教务处同意组织指导课间操，每周补贴1课时；组织运动会训练等体育教师要制订详细的训练计划（包括每天的训练时间、训练效果、组织指导教师等），由教研室、部、教务处、分管校长逐级审批后计补贴课时量。
3、教师兼管实训（验）室、实习车间、实习船、多媒体教室、微机室等，按管理难度、设备价值、使用频率等因素分为A、B、C、D四类，A类每月补贴8课时，B类每月补贴6课时，C类每月补贴4课时，D类每月补贴2课时。
二、课时费标准
（一）海船
※担任大证考试与评估科目的理论或实训指导教师
1、正式职工每课时酬金为15元，节假日上课每课时酬金为20元（含交通费）。
2、外聘坐班职工
（1）副高职称及以上（教授、副教授、高讲、高工、高级技师、高级实习指导教师）每课时酬金38元。
（2）海船甲类船长、海船甲类轮机长每课时酬金35元。
（3）中级职称（大副、大管轮）每课时酬金30元。

（4）二副、二管轮每课时酬金25元
（5）初级职称及以下（三副、三管轮及白皮证）每课时酬金20元。
3、外聘教师（含交通费）
（1）副高职称及以上（教授、副教授、高讲、高工、高级技师、高级实习指导教师）每课时酬金75元。
（2）讲师（海船甲类船长、海船甲类轮机长，中级职称）每课时酬金65元。
（3）其他符合任教条件的教师每课时酬金60元。
※担任基础课、专业基础课、专项培训的理论或实训指导教师
1、在职专兼职教师（含坐班教师）每课时酬金为12元，节假日上课每课时酬金为16元（含交通费）。
2、外聘坐班职工
（1）副高职称及以上（教授、副教授、高讲、高工、高级技师、高级实习指导教师）每课时酬金32元。
（2）海船甲类船长、海船甲类轮机长每课时酬金28元。
（3）中级职称（海船甲类大副、大管轮）每课时酬金24元。
（4）海船甲类二副、二管轮每课时酬金20元
（5）初级职称及以下（海船甲类三副、三管轮及白皮证）每课时酬金16元。
3、外聘教师（含交通费）
（1）副高职及以上（教授、副教授、高讲、高工、高级技师、高级实习指导教师）每课时酬金60元。
