山东科技大学学士学位论文 1 摘要压片机是固体制剂中常用设备,它将颗粒或粉状物料置于模孔内由冲头压制成片剂。本设计的课题一种下传动式单冲压片机,在原有传动方案的基础上加以改进,就传统传动式压片机在工作中易污染片剂、振动较大、噪声较大能量消耗大、压力小的问题做出解决的方案。其主要技术特征是将传动机构的主要部分安装在压片机的下部并封闭起来。传动机构由皮带轮、齿轮、偏心轮、连杆、凸轮、杠杆等组成。电动机经传动机构带动上、下冲杆和加料器,完成加料、压片和出片等动作,并且可以手动操作。本机应用“下传动式单冲压片机”专利技术,具有压力大,成型性好, 运转平稳,不需要地基,节能省电,手动也压片等。并可配装压力显示及超载保护装置。本机可将粉粒状原料压制成圆形、异形或环形片剂,适用于农药、化工、冶金、食品等行业压制大规格片剂和难成形的片剂。关键词: 压片机;下传动;单冲; 偏心齿轮; 山东科技大学学士学位论文 2 Abstract Pressed for solid monly used equipment, it will powdered or granular materials placed by-hole pressed into tablets.
