药事领域的改革是医疗改革中重要的一环，国内许多新的尝试不断推陈出新，包括药房托管、医药分家与分业，自动化药房、药物配置中心等，其开展存在地区的不均衡，结果也褒贬不一。临床药学既是学科概念，也是效劳概念，要讲需求和市场。现在大局部人不知道怎么吃药，需求很大却不找药师。显然是认识不够，社会接纳上出了问题，公众对药师的作用不了解，药师的价值没有表达出来，其中有人才水平的差距，也有政策和有关领导认识不够的影响，没有形成良好的临床药学、药师开展的社会、政策环境。随着?医疗机构药事管理暂行规定?的公布，我国临床药学迅速开展，积极参与临床疾病诊断、治疗，提供药学技术效劳，以合理用药为核心的临床药学工作模式正在形成，并成为我国医院药学开展的方向。然而，在开展的同时，一些问题也凸现出来。临床药学人才缺乏，社会对临床药学和临床药师的认知度低。针对这种问题，卫生部已委托中国医院协会药事管理专业委员会启动临床药师培训基地，招收临床药师。各级药学会也在加强对药师的短期专业培训。一批“种子〞人才正在成长起来。
