对办公楼进行了维修，购置了一辆公务用车，配齐了办公桌椅、电脑、电视、电话、打印机、传真机、相机等设备，全面优化了办公条件。并在法庭办廉政灶，配备了冰箱、消毒柜、餐桌椅等餐厨设备，改善了法庭干警的就餐条件。在法庭院落内，种植了花草树木，美化了环境，陶冶了干警情操。近些年共投入资金20多万元，通过配备完善硬件设施条件，为基层干警安心、舒心工作提供了硬件基础。
四、党风廉政工作
结合审判工作和学习《中国共产党党员干部廉洁从政若干准则》、《法官行为规范》、《法官职业道德基本准则》，严格执行最高院“五个严禁”和声法院“六个不准”，廉洁自律、秉公执法，努力做到忠臣、为民、公正、廉洁。定期召开党风廉政工作会议，使大家警钟长鸣。切实落实年初签订的《廉政责任书》，做到党风廉政意识随时在，真正做到了风气正、作风硬，杜绝“金钱案、关系案、人情案”的发生。多年来，黑龙口法庭无违法违纪事件，得到上级的肯定和群众的好评。
五、开展各项活动情况
1、自年初以来，深入开展“政德教育”和“人民法官为人民”等主题实践活动，坚持每周一的集体政治学习和周五的业务学习，大力加强政治理论学习和业务素质。
2、法庭积极开展“工作创新年”和“司法公信力提升年”活动，将各项工作制度精细化、公开化，积极接受当事人及群众的监督。在诉讼中注重对当事人诉讼权利的告知和保护。切实落实各项便民措施，方便群众诉讼。
