　　这是现实的迫切要求。当前，中国正经历空前深刻的社会变革。要在纷繁复杂的社会中保持稳定的秩序，在各方竞逐的市场领域维护公平的规则，在意见碰撞的观念世界坚守文明的底线，必须织密法治之网、强化法治之力。
