太原市爱国卫生管理方法
第一条 为加强爱国卫生工作，改善城乡居民生活环境，提高公共卫生管理水平，保障人民身体健康，促进经济开展和社会进步，根据国家有关法律法规规定，结合本市实际，制定本方法。
第二条 本市行政区域内的一切机关、团体、企事业单位和其他组织〔以下简称单位〕及个人，均应遵守本方法。
第三条 本方法所称爱国卫生工作，是指发动全民参与，以消除危害健康因素，改善社会卫生环境，提高全民卫生素质和健康水平为目的的社会卫生活动。
第四条 各级人民政府应当把爱国卫生工作纳入国民经济和社会开展方案，积极组织开展社会卫生活动，使卫生状况的改善与经济开展和社会进步相协调。
爱国卫生工作经费应当列入同级财政预算，实行专款专用。
