　　(二)灵州工业园A区产业定位
　　灵州工业园A区产业定位立足于宁东能源化工基地，重点开展宁东能源化工基地下游产品以及为宁东能源化工基地配套工程。
　　1、产业规划目标是：在2022--2022年间，建成60万吨/、24万吨/年羰基合成产品、80万吨/年电石及下游产品(20万吨/年烧碱、20万吨/年PVC、联产36万吨/年合成氨、52万吨/年尿素)以及各种化工产品和清洁能源产品深加工，建设具有、国内领先的化工产业为主的生产基地。
　　2、经济总量目标是：到2022年控制区内建设投资到达650亿元，年均销售收入将到达400亿元，实现利税总额110亿元，利润总额为65亿元。
　　3、产业链构成
　　(1)羰基合成产品产业链
　　羰基合成丙醛产品，有丙酸、丙醇、丙酸盐、丙胺等精细化工产品。广泛应用于橡胶、塑料、油漆、涂料、香料、医药、食品、农药和饲料等工业部门。如用丙酸和丙胺为原料生 产多种除草剂——敌裨、茅草枯、氟乐灵、灭草猛等。用丙醛、丙酸和丙醇为原料生产抗生素药物、镇静药以及维生素B6等药品。 丙酸、丙酸钠、丙酸钙可用作饲料添加剂和食品添加剂，以及优良防霉剂和防腐剂。丙醇及其在酯类作为溶剂应用于印刷油墨和多种涂料 。
　　羰基合成丁醛产品及衍生物有正丁醇、2一乙基己醇、异丁醇等，是重要的有机化工产品。丁醇主要作为溶剂用于涂料，染料，也可作为生产增塑剂 的原料。辛醇(2一乙基己醇)
