    如果外来务工人员离开宁波返回老家，符合规定的也可申请领取个人账户储存额。领取时需携带?养老保险中〔终〕止缴费通知书?、身份证及复印件、劳动手册〔或就业证〕以及以本人姓名开户的银行卡；如委托他人代为办理，还需要提供本人出具的委托书及代办人身份证和复印件。

    3．待遇享受
参加宁波市外来务工人员社会保险的外来务工人员，其待遇享受分为两种形式，即按月享受养老待遇或领取个人账户储存额或余额。
按月享受养老待遇：参加宁波市外来务工人员社会保险，养老保险实际缴费年限累计满15年并且到达国家规定退休年龄前的最后5年在本市工作并连续参保缴费的，到达国家规定的退休年龄〔即男满60周岁、女满50周岁〕时经核准后，可按月享受养老待遇。养老金由社会保险经办机构根据外来务工人员居住地通过银行发放或邮局寄发。
领取个人账户储存额或余额：在本市累计缴费满12个月及以上，离开本市行政区域，其养老保险关系不具备转移条件，本人不愿意保存个人账户的由本人向参保地社会保险经办机构提出申请，经核准后，个人账户储存额或余额一次性发给本人。
