建筑企业新入职员工实习心得体会
我于8月16日到达xx集团公司总部，8月17日下午到达幸福
城项目部进行管理培训。该项目部经理为张某总经理，施工方为
yy建筑工程有限公司，该项目分为A、B、C三个标段，A标段
包括11#12#13#三栋楼，张经理安排我在A标段学习公司管理理
念，向项目部主管该标段的李工、徐工学习项目部的管理模式。
我在项目部学习的四天时间里，感受到项目部同事工作的严谨
性、自觉性和项目部的整体凝聚力。项目部李工、徐工在同施工
单位交流过程中措辞严谨，工作中认真去分析问题的症结所在，
针对实际问题按照正常程序去积极努力的处理，对拿不准的问题
向张经理及时汇报，以便较早的处理掉工作中存在的问题。在项
目部的整体控制下，各标段整体质量从原材料检测到质量通病的
