摘要
随着市场经济竞争的日益加剧,企业之间对人力资源的争夺也日趋激烈。能否管理好企业的核心员工,已成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中得以持续性发展的决定性因素。民营企业虽具有机制灵活的优势,但是由于多种原因,我国民营企业人才的流动性较大,影响了企业的稳步发展壮大。因此,如何吸引和留住企业的核心人才,便成为大多数民营企业面临的一大挑战。
本文在对核心员工的国内外理论研究的基础上,从核心员工的概念和重要性出发,分析核心员工在民营企业中的状况和存在的主要问题,针对性地提出留住核心员工的相关措施。核心员工是企业发展的关键基础之一,对整个企业发展的速度、效率、规模有着重大的影响。为了有效地留住核心员工,企业要设身处地为核心员工着想,加强对他们的重视。本文还结合具体企业的实际情况,提出了一些可行的意见和建议,对提高民营企业的核心竞争力具有重要意义。
