(2)在工程师任职期间，独立或主撰的与从事的专业技术工作直接相关的论文，获公司科技成果评审二等奖及以上2篇；或在?石油化工建设?、省部级以上刊物上发表1篇；或省部级以上专业会议上交流

，已满足上述相应的学历、任职年限、撰写论文及带徒要求，但现从事经营、设备材料管理等工作，要求申报评审高一级的工程技术职务，任现职以来必须有一半及以上时间在“本次评审的工程技术专业岗位〞上工作，可申请并通过基层推荐参加相应任职资格评审。

(1)现必须在“本次评审的工程技术专业岗位〞上工作，且满足上述相应的学历、任职年限、撰写论文及带徒要求。
(2)近4年内担任过公司任命的大中型工程〔建安量五千万元以上〕工程经理部领导或公司中级及以上管理人员职务；具备“本次评审的工程技术专业岗位〞相应知识；且满足上述相应的学历、任职年限、撰写论文及带徒要求。
6．取得现工程技术职务后，通过学习再次取得国家成认的学历，按高一级的学历申报晋升工程技术职务人员的任职年限计算：
(1)新学历属学历提高〔如中升专、专升本等〕的，新学历专业为工程类或与申报评审专业相近的专业，任职年限连续计算；新学历专业为非工程类专业，取得新学历到本次评审的时间折半计算。
(2)新学历属同等学历〔如双专科、双本科等〕的，新学历专业为工程类或相近专业，按高一级的学历申报晋升，任职年限连续计
