：什果葡萄酒
原料：一瓶葡萄酒，，，桂皮一根，八角两块，橙子一只，西瓜一只，苹果一只，梨子一只。
制法：把葡萄酒、水、桂皮、八角、糖、橙子一起放入炉子熬到糖全部化掉，然后过滤。将苹果、梨子切成小块，西瓜切掉一小半，挖空，将瓜肉切小块，将同样已切成小块的苹果、梨子一起放入西瓜盅内，再把熬好的汤凉后倒入西瓜盅，放入冰箱，冷却即可。随吃随取。

酸奶香芒
原料：三杯酸奶，半杯牛奶，一个芒果肉〔也可用香蕉代替〕，放在一起放入搅拌机搅拌，放入冰箱即可。
特点：富含维他命，营养丰富，特别适合儿童饮用。
实例六：宾治红茶
原料：两杯红茶，6杯橙汁，白糖适量，雪碧一听。
制法：将两包红茶放适量糖放上炉火熬，再放入冰箱，即可加雪碧随时取饮。
特点：清新爽口，非常解渴。
龟龄膏
原料：龟板、土茯苓、半枝莲、木通、白癣皮等滋补药材。
制法：将上述药材磨成粉末。先用锅烧半锅水〔水视粉末多少而定〕，将粉末适中倒入另外准备的一个碗里加适量水把它调成糊状，尽量用勺子碾，不要留有颗粒状疙瘩，否那么煮出来的龟龄膏不光滑。等锅里的水开后，便将糊倒入锅中，边用筷子搅拌，等水再次开了，便可以关火。待龟龄膏在锅内自然冷却，亦可趁热把它倒入各种形状的器皿中，等其冷却成各种形状，然后可参加蜂蜜或炼乳，糖水都可以，就这么简单。
假设想尝试其他味道的龟龄膏，可在等水开的时候加点菊花、金银花或川贝等，即可以品尝到菊花味道，金银花味道的龟龄膏。
特点：清热解毒，美容养颜，调理肠胃，为夏季滋补之佳品。
传情巧克力
原料：蛋糕100克，酸奶20克，松子仁30克，巧克力250克，花生仁50克。
制法：将蛋糕撕开，倒入酸奶，放入松子仁，揉捏成团。把巧克力放入杯子，加温熔化。把蛋糕团放入熔化掉的巧克力汁里。再撒上磨碎的花生仁，再放入冰箱固化，就是一个香甜可口的传情巧克力了。
特点：是一款适合夏季食用的甜点。
