三、文化贫困是昭通贫困的精神深处的原因
物质的贫穷会侵蚀人的精神文化,导致文化的贫乏,文化的贫乏枯变又会进一步加剧物质贫困。“仓廪实而知礼节〞,文化的前提是温饱,温饱都尚不能解决的社会,文化就只会是少数上层人士拥有的奢侈品,昭通五百多万人的主体文化是枯乏的。
从古至今饥民和流寇差不多就是同意词,于是才有了“民缺乏而可治者,未尝闻之〞的古训。昆明一些人在埋怨“镇雄人现象〞,其实这不能全怪镇雄人,这是整个社会开展的假设干社会性苦果之一。一个县拥挤着130多万人,人多了肯定要往外走,问题是,他们出去了会干什么?
