樟树市中小学教师师德考核实施方法

,经查实,师德考核直接定为不合格:
(1)在教育教学活动中有违背党和国家方针政策言行的;
(2)歧视侮辱学生、体罚或变相体罚学生,造成恶劣影响的;
(3)性侵学生或与学生发生不正当关系的;

(4)在教育教学活动中遇突发事件时,不履行保护学生人身平安职责的;
(5)私自办班或对现任教学班的学生有偿家教的;
(6)向学生推销、代购教辅资料和其他商品而牟利的;
(7)借编人情座位等向学生家长索要或变相索要财物的;
(8)在招生考试、职务〔职称〕评审、教研科研中弄虚作假、徇私舞弊的;
(9)其它严重损坏教师形象和声誉的行为。
五、考核程序和方式
:个人自评总结——考核工作组考核、定级——校内公示。
?樟树市中小学教师师德考核参考标准?,采取以下三种方式相结合的方式进行:
〔1〕本校教师民主测评〔占30%〕;
〔2〕所任班级学生、家长民主测评〔占30%〕;
〔3〕学校考核工作组综合评分〔占40%〕;

六、奖励与惩办
“优秀〞的教师,要采取适当形式进行表彰和奖励。同等条件下,师德考核为“优秀〞的,在评优评先、职务评聘中要优先考虑。
