廉洁文化是社区文明的核心，廉洁文化建设以面向基层、服务群众为宗旨，以强化居民素质，丰富居民精神文化生活，提升社区文明程度为主要内容，在社会主义精神文明建设，构建和谐社会中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
我们以提高居民文明素质和社区文明程度为目标，依托社区文化长廊、华阳诗书画研修中心、文化活动室、中老年文化活动中心、室外文体广场等覆盖等设施网络，运用群众喜闻乐见的形式，因地制宜，全方位多层次地开展特色化、系列化的社区廉洁文化活动，社区廉洁文化亮点不断闪现。对进一步加强社区文化建设、在全社会大兴勤奋学习之风、更好地满足了人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求产生了有力地推动作用。廉洁文化已成为丰富社区群众精神文化生活的主要载体，社区居民在自娱自乐中愉悦身心，在相互观摩和切磋中增强人际沟通，在互帮互助中创造良好的社区氛围。“文化娱乐穿线，集体活动织网，共建欢乐家园”成为居民的共识。社区廉洁文化的繁荣让社区建设的内涵更加丰富，为社区建设向更深层次发展奠定了扎实的思想文化基础。
　　四、主要成效
　　1、创新的思路更加开阔了。教育活动中，广大党员干部都能够正确认识反腐败斗争的形势，坚持解放思想，实事求是，与时俱进，进一步增强改革创新意识，这些创新措施的落实对各项社区工作的开展将起到了很大的推动作用。
