消防队工作总结
of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of the 二是网格化管理工作取得大突破。消防大队以街道办网格精细化管理工作为抓手，以零火灾社区、零火灾村镇创立活动为载体，以“四有社区〞、“五有农村〞为标准，以汇源办事处为试点，积极探索建立“四抓三防两落实一到位〞的工作运行机制，并逐步向其他乡〔镇、办事处〕推广，使乡〔镇、办事处〕、社区、农村消防平安工作得到稳固与开展。同时，县政府超额完成了25个乡〔镇、办事处〕消防网格化管理员征召任务，并全力推动农村〔社区〕志愿消防队伍的建设，指导每个行政村〔社区〕建立志愿消防队，加强了行政村〔社区〕的火灾隐患巡、排查工作。
二、火灾防控工作部署开展情况
一是政府高度重视。11月8日，县政府召开全县今冬明春火灾防控工作会议，下发了?鲁山县今冬明春火灾防控工作方案?，明确了工作目标和工作措施。今冬明春火灾防控工作开展以来，县委常委、副县长王宁等领导同志先后屡次带队深入社会单位检查消防平安工作，推开工作落实。二是全警发动，协同作战。行动开展以来，全县21个派出所分别召开了会议、制定方案，以消保中队为主体，消防、治安、法制、督察等警种全员参与，协同作战，全力整治各类火灾隐患。三是消防部门全力以赴。
