一、指导思想

二、主要工作
〔一〕政治思想工作
1、加强班子成员政治理论水平，使班子成员要更好的掌握相关政策和法律法规，做到依法管理、依法办事、廉洁自律、务本求实。
2、加强班子建设，提高班子成员管理水平。进一步强化班子内部团结和凝聚力，树立效劳意识、创新意识、勤政意识，在各项工作中争创一流。
3、认真组织学习党的十七大精神以及新?党章?，进一步提高广阔党员的政治素质，坚决共产主义信念和建设中国特色社会主义的决心。加强党风廉政建设和行风建设。认真落实?瓯海区教育系统惩治和预防腐败体系工作要点?，严格执行党风廉政建设责任制和责任追究制。健全和完善管理制度、监督制度、考评制度，提高党员干部廉洁自律的觉悟。
