    二、重视党员队伍的教育和管理，充分发挥党员先锋模范作用
    高桥村党支部在抓好支部班子建设的同时，还注重抓了党员队伍的教育和管理，深入开展联帮带活动，提高了党员在群众中的威信。  
    一是以阵地为载体，开展形式多样的教育活动。按照要求，建立了标准化党员活动室、图书阅览室、电视放映室等，并按照标准化要求，做到了制度上墙、职责落实、目标明确、标准运作。同时，充分发挥活动室的阵地作用，加强对党员的培训，认真学理论和党的路线、方针、政策，并保证每年两次邀请街道党工委的领导给党员上党课。每年为党员订阅党报党刊10余种，每月组织党员观看一次录像，内容涉及国家形势、方针政策、农业科技、模范事迹等，每季度组织一次文娱活动，丰富党员的文化生活。2022年春，区委在高桥村设立了基层教学基地，邀请省、市专家教授为党员干部讲课。许多党员快乐地说：“有了这样的活动室，党员也感到自豪，开会有了积极性，开展活动有了热情〞。在加强党员教育的根底上，党支部坚持每月召开一次党员大会，通报两委会工作情况，听取广阔党员的意见和建议，确保村上经济开展沿着正确的方向快速前进，也极大地激发了党员自觉奉献、建设家乡的热情。为了增强广阔党员干部的法制观念，村党支部还邀请区司法局到村里做普法教育，举行法制宣传文艺演出，开展法制知识竞赛。这些活动的开展，使党支部的凝聚力、感召力进一步增强，为全村经济开展、社会稳定、群众安居乐业和“三个文明〞建设起到了极大的促进作用。
