    b．  安装过程中事故记录与处理报告；
    c．  由电梯使用单位提出的经制造企业同意的变更设计的证明文件。
3．3 
安装完毕的电梯及其环境应清理干净。机房门窗应防风雨，并标有“机房重地，闲人免进〞字样。通向机房的通道应畅通、平安，底坑应无杂物、积水与油污。机房、井道与底坑均不应有与电梯无关的其他设置。
3．4  电梯各机械活动部位应按说明书要求加注润滑油。各平安装置安装齐全、位置正确，功能有效，能可靠的保证电梯平安运行。
3．5  电梯验收人员必须熟悉所验收的电梯产品和本标准规定的检验方法和要求。
3．6  验收用检验器具与试验载荷应符合GB 10059规定的精度要求，并均在计量检定周期内。
 
4  检验工程及检验要求
4．1  机房

4．1．1 
每台电梯应单设有一个切断该电梯的主电源开关，该开关位置应能从机房入口处方便迅速地接近，如几台电梯共用同一机房，各台电梯主电源开关应易于识别。其容量应能切断电梯正常使用情况下的最大电流，但该开关不应切断以下供电电路：
    a．  轿厢照明和通风；
    b．  机房和滑轮间照明；
    c．  机房内电源插座；
    d．  轿顶与底坑的电源插座；
    e．  电梯井道照明；
    f．  报警装置。
4．1．2  每台电梯应配备供电系统断相、错相保护装置，该装置在电梯运行中断相也应起保护作用。

电梯动力与控制线路应别离敷设，从进机房电源起零线和接地线应始终分开，接地线的颜色为黄绿双色绝缘电线，除36V以下
