　5月28日，?甘南日报?刊登了甘南分校4名村官大学生运用电大所学知识带着村民脱贫致富，在新农村建设中发挥模范带头作用的先进事迹。
　　报道说，从2022年起中共甘南藏族自治州委组织部、州扶贫办公室、甘肃电大甘南分校根据教育部“一村一名大学生〞培训方案，由各县市组织部牵头选拔培养对象，州县扶贫办解决学费、教材费、考试费、集中辅导期间的食宿费、往返交通费，电大分校免收管理费并负责教务教学管理，在全州范围内组织实施了村官大学生培养工程。该工程在实施过程中，电大分校针对农牧村学员的学习根底薄弱，上网条件有限，采取传统的教学方法，开展定期集中辅导，帮助学员理解远程开放教育的特征，树立现代教育理念，明确了自主学习方式方法。这种以帮带扶的培养方式，减轻了村级干部的经济负担，激发了学员们学习积极性和主动性。目前，首届“村官大学生〞即将毕业，他们学有所成，将更好地为新农村建设效劳。在首届学员中，有好多优秀的

　　陈贵龙出生于1965年3月， 2022年7月任舟曲县憨班乡憨班村村长。憨班乡距舟曲县城20公里。这里山大沟深、人多地少，是远近闻名的经济落后村、禁毒治安重点村、上访户集中村。面对这样一个多事村子，亲友们都劝他别当这个“村官〞，可陈贵龙始终没有动摇，他想，既然乡亲们选择了自己，那就不能辜负父老乡亲的期望，尤其是当他看到热情纯朴的父老乡亲那一双双期盼的目光时，他的内心就升腾起一种激情：一定要帮村民们寻找到一条脱贫致富的路子，要让憨班村旧貌换新颜。
