⑵开发规划目标的协调性分析。①按主要的规划要素，逐项比较分析开发区规划与所在区域总体规划、其他专项规划、环境保护规划的协调性。②可采用列表的方式说明开发区规划发展目标及环境目标与所在区域规划目标及环境保护目标的协调性。
