　　二十世纪八十年代和九十年代，是有史以来中国法学最繁荣发达的时期。近年来，为迎接即将到来的二十一世纪，法学界对改革开放以来的中国法学做了许多回顾和总结。这些回顾和总结总体说来是比较全面的，但对“法学家的派别问题”还缺少必要的讨论。为了更全面地把握过去，面向未来，本文从气质和风格上对法学家进行了流派划分，有所褒扬，也有所批评，更有所企盼。由于资料和水平等等的限制，本文的缺点和错误在所难免，真诚希望被评论者和广大
