11、负责指导、催促并搞好鲜销市场的消毒工作和负责鲜销市场的监督检查，配合上级督查等具体工作。
12、但凡官方兽医不负责任，检疫头数不如实上报，造成生猪漏检、逃检，一经核实，按流失规费十倍的标准扣发该官方兽医的绩效工资。
二、屠宰检疫规程
1、屠宰前2小时内，官方兽医应按照?生猪产地检疫规程?中“临床检查〞局部实施检查。合格的，准予屠宰；不合格的，按以下规定处理。
〔1〕发现有口蹄疫、猪瘟、高致病性猪蓝耳病、炭疽等疫病病症的，限制移动，并按照?中华人民共和国动物防疫法?、?重大动物疫情应急条例?、?动物疫情报告管理方法?和?病害动物和病害动物产品生物平安处理规程?〔GB16548〕等有关规定处理。
〔2〕发现有猪丹毒、猪肺疫、猪Ⅱ型链球菌病、猪支原体肺炎、副猪嗜血杆菌病、猪副伤寒等疫病病症的，患病猪按国家有关规定处理，同群猪隔离观察，确认无异常的，准予屠宰；隔离期间出现异常的，按?病害动物和病害动物产品生物平安处理规程?〔GB16548〕等有关规定处理。
〔3〕疑心患有本规程规定疫病及临床检查发现其他异常情况的，按相应疫病防治技术标准进行实验室检测，并出具检测报告。实验室检测须由省级动物卫生监督机构指定的具有资质的实验室承担。
〔4〕发现患有本规程规定以外疫病的，隔离观察，确认无异常的，准予屠宰；隔离期间出现异常的，按?病害动物和病害动物产品生物平安处理规程?〔GB16548〕等有关规定处理。
